Order Details and Execution Timeline

On March 26, 2025, Ultracab India announced that it had received an annual rate contract from Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited. The contract involves supplying LT PVC cables of various sizes, which play a crucial role in low-voltage power distribution. The company confirmed that the execution of the contract is expected to be completed by March 2026.

Ultracab India, headquartered in Shapar, Rajkot, Gujarat, has been in the industry for over 22 years, specializing in electric wires and cables. The company has consistently expanded its operations, benefiting from the extensive experience of its promoters, who have been in the field for more than 26 years.

Financial Performance and Growth

The recent order is expected to contribute positively to Ultracab India’s revenue and profitability. The company has demonstrated strong financial growth, with its Q3 FY25 net profit rising by 65% year-on-year to ₹2.70 crore, while sales surged by nearly 160% to ₹57.24 crore compared to Q3 FY24.

This latest contract win with Adani Electricity further strengthens Ultracab India’s position in the industry, reinforcing its commitment to delivering high-quality cables for power distribution.
