Stallion India Fluorochemicals IPO allotment finalized today, with shares expected to list on January 23, 2025. Grey market premium indicates strong debut.

Stallion India Fluorochemicals Ltd, a leading supplier of refrigerants and fluorochemical products, has seen an exceptional response to its initial public offering (IPO), which opened for subscription from January 16 to 20, 2025. The IPO’s allotment has now been finalized, and the company’s shares are scheduled for listing on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) on January 23, 2025.

Stallion India Fluorochemicals, known for its role in providing a range of refrigerants, plays an important part in the growing demand for eco-friendly refrigerants in India. The company has raised ₹199.45 crore through this book-built issue, with a combination of fresh equity shares and an offer for sale. The IPO was offered in the price band of ₹85 to ₹90 per share, with a large portion of the shares offered for subscription coming from a fresh issue of 1.79 crore equity shares, amounting to ₹160.73 crore.

The IPO witnessed a record-breaking subscription of 188.38 times, with retail investors showing strong interest by subscribing 96.90 times, non-institutional investors (NII) at 422.42 times, and qualified institutional buyers (QIB) at 172.93 times. With such a high demand, the shares are expected to see strong listing premiums in the market.

According to the latest grey market premium (GMP) data, Stallion India Fluorochemicals shares are being traded at a premium of ₹48, indicating a potential listing price of ₹138 per share, which is a 53% premium over the issue price of ₹90.

Investors who participated in the IPO can check their allotment status online via the BSE and NSE websites, as well as through Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd, the official registrar of the IPO. Allotment results are expected to be credited to investors’ demat accounts on January 23, with refunds for unsuccessful bidders processed simultaneously.

With a promising market response and a strong GMP, Stallion India Fluorochemicals is set for an exciting debut on the stock exchanges tomorrow.
