As per regulatory filings, the board will convene on July 15, 2025, to review and approve the audited financial results and financial statements for the quarter ending June 30, 2025.

The announcement, filed with both BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), complies with Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

To ensure compliance with insider trading regulations, the company also stated that the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from July 1, 2025, to July 17, 2025, inclusive of both days. This measure aligns with SEBI’s (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s internal code of conduct.
