Persistent Systems, an IT services company based in India, reported a 30.35% YoY increase in Q3 FY25 profit, reaching ₹373 crore. The company also declared an interim dividend of ₹20 per share.
Persistent Systems, an IT services company based in India, has announced strong results for the December quarter of FY25, showcasing a 30.35% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its consolidated profit after tax (PAT), which reached ₹373 crore. In the same quarter of the previous year, the company posted a net profit of ₹286 crore, and ₹306 crore in the preceding quarter.
Revenue from operations for Q3 FY25 stood at ₹3,062 crore, a notable 22.6% YoY growth compared to ₹2,498 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The company also saw a 6% sequential rise in revenue, reflecting robust performance across key segments.
The company’s EBIT for the quarter was ₹455 crore, marking a growth of 12.2% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) and 25.5% YoY. EBIT margins expanded by 400 basis points, reaching 14.9% compared to 14% in Q3 FY24.
Persistent Systems reported a significant milestone with an order booking of $594.1 million in Total Contract Value (TCV) and $428.3 million in Annual Contract Value (ACV) terms. This solid order book highlights the company’s continued success in securing large contracts, reinforcing its strong market position.
As part of its continued commitment to shareholder value, the board of directors approved an interim dividend of ₹20 per share for the financial year 2024-25.
