Hero MotoCorp, the world’s largest motorcycle and scooter manufacturer, has announced its highest-ever revenue and profit for the fiscal year 2025. With a total revenue of INR 40,756 crore and a profit of INR 4,610 crore, the company marks a significant achievement. The board has also declared a final dividend of INR 65 per share, alongside a strong performance across its premium and electric vehicle segments. Hero continues to lead the market with innovative product launches and a robust global expansion strategy, reinforcing its market leadership for the 24th consecutive year.


Hero MotoCorp has reported its highest-ever revenue and profit for fiscal year 2025. Here are the key highlights:

Q4 FY25 (January-March 2025):

  • Revenue: ₹9,939 Crore (4% growth YoY).
  • Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹1,442 Crore (7% growth YoY).
  • Net Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹1,081 Crore (6% growth YoY).
  • EBITDA: ₹1,416 Crore (4% growth YoY).
  • Volume: 13.81 lakh units sold.

FY25 (April 2024-March 2025):

  • Revenue from Operations: ₹40,756 Crore (9% growth YoY).
  • Net Profit: ₹4,610 Crore (16% growth YoY).
  • EBITDA: ₹5,868 Crore (12% growth YoY).
  • Volume: 58.99 lakh units sold.

    The company declared a final dividend of ₹65 per share, bringing the total dividend for FY25 to ₹165 per share, or 8,250%. Hero MotoCorp also made significant strides in premium, scooter, and electric vehicle (EV) segments, driving strong performance in both domestic and international markets.

    This results in a strong outlook for future growth, particularly in EVs and global expansion. Hero’s electric sales surged by nearly 200%, and it plans to expand into new markets, including Europe and the UK by the second half of 2025.

    Additionally, Hero MotoCorp remains committed to its sustainability and innovation efforts, achieving recognition on the S&P Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI).
