Oil India Limited has announced its 66th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 18, 2025, through virtual mode. The company has also fixed September 4, 2025, as the record date for its FY25 final dividend, reinforcing shareholder value.


Oil India Limited, a Maharatna Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) under the Government of India, is headquartered in Duliajan, Assam. Operating in the energy and oil exploration sector, the company is engaged in crude oil and natural gas production, along with allied services in petrochemicals and energy solutions.

The company has officially scheduled its 66th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. (IST). In compliance with guidelines issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The AGM notice and Annual Report 2024-25 will be sent electronically to all shareholders whose email IDs are registered with the company or depositories.

To ensure shareholder participation, remote e-voting will be available. The e-voting window will open on Sunday, September 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. and close on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Shareholders who are unable to cast their votes during the remote e-voting period will still be able to vote electronically during the AGM.

Additionally, Oil India has fixed Thursday, September 4, 2025, as the record date for the final dividend for FY25. The dividend was earlier recommended by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on May 21, 2025, and will be paid or dispatched within 30 days of shareholder approval.

The AGM notice and details of the e-voting process will also be available on the company’s official website (www.oil-india.com) and on the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) portal.
