Accel Limited has announced the voting results of its first Extraordinary General Meeting for FY 2025–26, held on August 9, 2025. Shareholders approved the special resolution through multiple voting modes, reinforcing the company’s corporate decision-making process.

In compliance with Regulation 44(3) of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Accel Limited has disclosed the voting results from its (01/2025–2026) Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM). The meeting was held on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 12:10 PM IST at the company’s registered office in Chennai.

Shareholders were invited to cast their votes on the special resolution through remote e-voting, e-voting during the EGM, and ballot papers. These measures ensured wider participation and adherence to statutory governance norms.

The voting process was overseen by Mr. F. Raymond Albyness, Advocate, who was appointed as Scrutinizer by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chennai, as per its order dated June 27, 2025. His report, along with the official voting results, confirms that the proposed resolution was passed with the required majority.

The company has formally submitted both the voting results and the Scrutinizer’s Report to the BSE Limited, marking another step in its transparent corporate governance practices.
