AWL Agri Business Limited), formerly known as Adani Wilmar Ltd, hosted its 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 26, 2025, via video conferencing and audio-visual means, adhering to guidelines issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Headquartered in Gujarat, India, AWL Agri Business is a major player in the Indian edible oil and agri-products sector.
The meeting commenced at 11:00 AM (IST) and concluded at 1:00 PM (IST), with over 110 shareholders attending virtually. The quorum as per the Companies Act, 2013, was maintained throughout. The event was webcast live on the CDSL platform, enabling shareholders to participate and vote electronically.

The resolutions were voted upon through remote e-voting that began on June 22, 2025, and concluded on June 25, 2025. Additional voting was made available during the AGM. The consolidated voting results along with the Scrutinizer’s Report will be submitted to stock exchanges in due course and published on the company’s and CDSL’s websites.
