In a filing to the BSE and NSE, GDL confirmed that if the dividend is declared, the record date for determining eligibility will be set for February 7, 2025.
The company also reminded investors about the closure of its trading window, which will remain shut for all designated persons, connected individuals, and their immediate relatives. The trading window will stay closed from January 1, 2025, and will reopen on February 5, 2025, after the declaration of financial results.
