The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched its long-awaited Premium Housing Scheme 2025. The plan comprises 311 ready-to-move-in apartments distributed across various neighborhoods of the city such as Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Rohini, Dwarka, Pitampura, etc.The scheme will be accessible for online auction registration from August 26, 2025, and the bidders will be permitted to deposit their offers on that day itself.
DDA, New Delhi, India, is a council elected by the Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs, government of India. The DDA, established in 1957, is the primary body responsible for urban planning, housing, and the construction of the capital region of India. The DDA has announced the Premium Housing Scheme 2025 housing scheme with the objective to provide people the required accommodations in the Delhi NCR as per their rising demand for housing.
The registration site for the plan will officially open at 11:00 AM on August 26, 2025. The online registration, along with the EMD submission, has to be completed by the prospective buyers on or before 6:00 PM on September 24, 2025, while the final application submission will close at 6:00 PM on September 26, 2025. It is emphasized that the whole process is paperless, hence no offline applications will be accepted.
The scheme features 311 HIG, MIG, and LIG flats, which are spread across EWS/Jasola, Pocket 9B of Jasola, Sector 16B and Sector 19B of Dwarka, Vasant Kunj, Rohini, Pitampura, etc. In conjunction with housing, DDA has added 16 car garages at Pitampura and 51 scooter garages at Mall Road and Ashok Vihar to satisfy the increasing need for residential and parking infrastructure.
Pricing Details
The reserved prices for the Premium Housing Scheme 2025 are (in Rs.):
- HIG flats: 1.64 crore – 2.54 crore
- MIG flats: 60 lakh – 1.50 crore
- LIG flats: 39 lakh – 54 lakh
- SFS Category-II flats: 90 lakh – 1.07 crore
- Expandable Housing Scheme (EHS) flats: approximately 38.7 lakh
- Garages: 3.17 lakh – 43 lakh (depending on the type and location)
This is the launch through which DDA wants to provide both premium and affordable housing, thus opening the door to investors, homebuyers, and families looking for a place to settle right in the heart of the capital.
