The company has officially announced the schedule for its 78th Annual General Meeting (AGM), to be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 11:00 AM (IST). In compliance with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company informed exchanges that its register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from Wednesday, September 10, 2025, to Tuesday, September 16, 2025 (both days inclusive).
The cut-off date for determining shareholders eligible to vote electronically or participate in the AGM is Tuesday, September 9, 2025.
To facilitate shareholder participation, the company has engaged an e-voting process. The remote e-voting window will open on Friday, September 12, 2025, at 9:00 AM (IST) and will close on Monday, September 15, 2025, at 5:00 PM (IST).
